                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 3922 WEBB
                   ROAD, BEING ON THE SOUTHEAST LINE OF WEBB ROAD
                   SOUTHWEST OF OAKWOOD DRIVE, FROM R-3
                   RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO R-4 SPECIAL ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
                A tract of land located at 3922 Webb Road, being on
                the southeast line of Webb Road southwest of
                Oakwood Drive.  Lot 3, C. J. Friddell Subdivision,
                as shown by plat of record in plat book 55, page
                71, ROHC; being the property described in deed book
                4549, page 53, ROHC.  Tax Map No. 129B-D-11.2.
               
               
               
         from R-3 Residential Zone to R-4 Special Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
